Features exporting capability enables converting feature data to spatial data stored in external file. Exporting features from the active AutoCAD drawing is being performed by means of few simple wizard-driven steps. Please keep in mind that both classified and non-classified feature data is eligible for exporting.


Export Features wizard drives you through the following steps:


  1. Selecting features to export from current drawing
  2. Specifying resulting data file and format
  3. Enabling coordinate system transformation
  4. Filtering out resulting feature classes
  5. Customizing export settings based on data format
  6. Exported spatial features


Supported Formats


Infra Suite supports exporting feature data to the following file formats:

ESRI Shapefile

Exports features to multiple ESRI shape (SHP) files. Each shapefile represents one feature class.

Geography Markup Language

Google Keyhole Markup Language

Exports features to Google Keyhole Markup Language (KML/KMZ) file.

GRB Skelet

.dxf

Exports features to AGIV's Grootschalig Referentie Bestand (GRB) Skelet DXF file.

Informatiemodel Kabels en Leidingen (IMKL)

MapInfo
