This wizard page provides following options:
- Service provider name - specify map vendor's name or pick existing one.
- Service name - specify name of the map.
- Maximum scale - sets the maximum map scale provided by the service vendor.
- Image format - specifies resulting map's image (raster) format.
- Background color - specifies resulting map's background color, if any.
It also provides following navigation buttons:
- Previous - returns to Layers Display Order wizard page.
