KLIP/KLIM Responder is based on requests (PAVs) processing engine that automatically collects, processes and archives relevant requests. The requests processing workflow displayed below starts when:
- User clicks Send/Receive button in the toolbar (via user interface)
- System service fires off at the predefined interval (no user interface)

Please note following with regards to the workflow:
- Processes (boxes) with letter "D" in a red circle depict functions affected by Debug mode.
- Yellow processes are not yet fully implemented by the responsible Agency.
- Required ports and protocols labels are bolded - they need to be opened at the local Firewall (if any).
