E-mail templates

There are following response e-mail template types:

Positive with attachment - a positive HTML response with response data file (ZIP) attached to the e-mail message.
Positive with link - a positive HTML response with a link to the response data file stored on the web server.
Negative - a negative HTML response.

Template Placeholders

Templates may contain placeholders (or keywords) which will get replaced with actual content during run-time.

Site request-related (PA) placeholders:

Keyword	Description
[DateCreated]	Date the site request (PA) was created by the client (PAV).
[SitePaID]	Unique site request (PA) identifier, as defined by the agency (AGIV).
[UserID]	Unique client's user identifier (PAV), as defined by the agency (AGIV).
[ReferenceKLIP]	Unique site request (PA) identifier for the KLIP system, as defined by the agency (AGIV).
[InfoReferenceID]	Unique site request (PA) identifier, as defined by the client (PAV).
[InfoSenderRole]	Role of the client's company (PAV), related to this site request (PA).
[InfoRecipientRole]	Role of the user's organization (KLB), related to this site request (PA).
[InfoType]	Type of the site request (PA).
[ActivityType]	Type of activity related to the site request (PA).
[ActivityLocation]	Location of activity related to the site request (PA).
[ActivityMethod]	Construction method of activity related to the site request (PA).
[ActivityDepth]	Affected depth of activity (in meters) related to the site request (PA).
[ActivityStartDate]	Start date of activity related to the site request (PA).
[ActivityEndDate]	End date of activity related to the site request (PA).

Client's (PAV) request-related (PA) placeholders:

[ContactTitle]	Client's title.
[ContactFirstName]	Client's first name.
[ContactLastName]	Client's last name.
[ContactOrganization]	Client's company name (PAV).
[ContactVat]	Client's company registration number.
[ContactPhone]	Client's contact phone number.
[ContactGsm]	Client's contact GSM number.
[ContactFax]	Client's contact fax number.
[ContactEmail]	Client's contact e-mail address.
[ContactStreetName]	Client's company street name.
[ContactStreetNumber]	Client's company street number.
[ContactBuilding]	Client's company building name/number.
[ContactPoBox]	Client's company PO box number.
[ContactZip]	Client's company postal code (ZIP number).
[ContactCity]	Client's company place name.
[ContactCountry]	Client's company country name.

Organization-related (KLB) placeholders, as defined by the user:

[SenderContactTitle]	Organization contact's title.
[SenderContactFirstName]	Organization contact's first name.
[SenderContactLastName]	Organization contact's last name.
[SenderContactOrganization]	Name of the organization.
[SenderContactVat]	Registration number of the organization.
[SenderContactPhone]	Organization contact's telephone number.
[SenderContactGsm]	Organization contact's GSM number.
[SenderContactFax]	Organization contact's fax number.
[SenderContactEmail]	Organization contact's e-mail address.
[SenderContactStreetName]	Street name of the organization.
[SenderContactStreetNumber]	Street number of the organization.
[SenderContactBuilding]	Building name/number of the organization.
[SenderContactPoBox]	PO box number of the organization.
[SenderContactZip]	Postal code (ZIP number) of the organization.
[SenderContactCity]	Place name of the organization.
[SenderContactCountry]	Country name of the organization.

Application-related and common placeholders:

Keyword	Description
[DateShort]	Today's short date value formatted per local system (Windows) settings, e.g. "23.12.2013"
[DateLong]	Today's long date value formatted per local system (Windows) settings, e.g. "December 12, 2013"
[ResponseUri]	Link to response data file (ZIP) on a web server. Not used if response is e-mail attachment.
[ResponseExpires]	Days to keep generated response data file (ZIP). Not used if response is e-mail attachment.
[RequestDateReceived]	Date the site request (PA) was received by user's organization (KLB).
[RequestDateProcessed]	Date the site request (PA) was processed by user's organization (KLB) and response sent to the client (PAV).
